Three-Bedroom Transient House

What makes us different from other transient houses? Well for one, we do not mix different groups of people in one house so our guests can enjoy their own privacy. Secondly, we are very near the city proper including the main terminal of Victory Liner which is just about 5 minutes away by taxi and most of the local tourist spots are all nearby. We have a policy of "no drinking of alcoholic beverages at our place". 

Amenities: use of cabled TV, refrigerator, hot and cold showers and a portable outdoor barbeque grill. A two stove burner is provided with the free use of cooking gas, including a 10-cup rice cooker and a small oven toaster. Basic cooking pots and pans as well as dining utensils are also provided. Whatever amount of water that is left in the drinking water dispenser is free but any refill is charged to the guests at a minimal cost.
