Lou's Three-Bedroom Transient House

This is a two-storey house with a combination of living room, dining room and kitchen area all in one space because of space constrainst. There are some people who are looking for an alternative place to stay during their short visit to the city. They want something inexpensive and affordable because they are on a tight budget. Kahit tulugan lang daw ay okey na sa kanila. So this is ideal for them as it is cheap and it serves their purpose of having a place to stay and sleep for a night or two.

Three Bedrooms

This is a small two-story house with 3 small bedrooms that is ideal for a small family. We rent this place as a whole house and not on a "per room" basis. So whoever books the place has the whole house all by themselves without having to share the bathroom, kitchen and living room space with another group of people. The house is not big by any means and it has a combination of living room, dining, and kitchen area all in one place.

We understand that some of us Filipinos do not mind if we all crowd and sleep together in a small house but we do not want to accept more than our maximum capacity. We prefer to take in smaller and quiet groups of people/family because this is a private residential house and not a Hotel or an Inn. This is the reason why we do strictly enforce and implement our policy on "No drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed" at home.
